This quality replacement filter fits the General AC1 filter housing. It replaces the General AC1 OEM filter.

This filter carries a MERV rating of 11 (MERV Rating of OEM part is 10). The higher the MERV rating, the higher the arrestance of particulate matter (or said differently, higher MERV means more filtration).

In addition to having a higher MERV rating than the OEM part, this replacement filter is made of poly media and will not tear.

This is the accordian-style filter used in conjunction with the General AC1 pleat-spacers.
